Lovely pub, good beer , very pleasant staff, but room we were in was very small in need of TLC. I would go back but in a bigger room.
Bar quaint, with a selection of Gin and Whisky. Rooms rather dated, but very clean with modern soft furnishings, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast extra, and a good selection for Continental, or substantial full English, service bit 'hit and miss'! Emailed details of 'special diet', response noted Gluten free required, but not available when requested! Overall good for a short stay.
Hotel with old world bar. Only had beer but food looks nice. Nice open wood fire.
We enjoyed our brief stay in Gloucester in this lovely Inn. Staff were very polite and the rooms were clean. Comfortable beds and a good size shower made our stay very pleasant. Plenty of parking available. Early mornings here can be rather loud with delivery trucks turning up, but it didn't keep us awake for too long.
