Dependable quality from Premier Inn.Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, good sound deadening. Sadly we needed it as one of the rooms on our floor hosted a rowdy bunch who decided it would be their good fun to have a party well past 2a.m, which the staff dealt with very well.The hotel is ideally located for exploring the nearby Gloucester Quays shopping centre and the old docks themselves.It's a great place to stay.
Room was dirty, clearly hadn't been vacuumed and sheets were stained. Second time this has happened here, won't give benifit of doubt this time. I expect better from Premier Inn
Good new Premier Inn. Near all shops and Restaurants and bars.This is one of the best accommodation for the price.Plenty of parking for Premier customers in with the price. All rooms air conditioned.
Really nice new hotel. Good prices if you book ahead. Parking right outside included with the hotel room. Spacious rooms for 2-3 people.
Hotel was modern, staff lovely on check in, self serve check in available. Room and bathroom clean and mostly well appointed. Room booked for two adults and two children but only 2 cups were in room, didn't investigate how many towels were in room as it was only an overnight base. Bed was comfy. When I tried to remove my charger from the wall socket below the television the entire panel came loose which was disconcerting. Trying to find directions from the main website was impossible for this location. Also the hotel's address as listed in emails has a different postcode from the one needed for sat nav so beware!
