We have been spoilt here the hallmark Hotel in Gloucester have really looked after us. Always very happy to help us. Kelly was exceptional in the Restaurant and Charles is very helpful as well. We have stayed here twice now and also been here just to eat as we were here for a day out in Gloucester. I would recommend this hotel . Yes there is no fridge or safe in any of the rooms but that was no show stopper.
Having afternoon tea sandwiches nice... But no scones as waiting for delivery even thought menu says home made.. Cakes OK but obviously frozen bought in cakes a little tasteless.. Over all very glad on Groupon as would be very upset at paying full price for average at best food... Sandwiches only think with good flavour..
Pleasant location, good service, great staff.Attended a private family function here recently. Located on the slopes of Robinswood Hill, the place is very easy to find. The car park is fairly large but fills up quite quickly if there are a lot of parties or at weekends.The hotel appears well maintained although we did spot one or two scruffy little areas.We couldn't fault the quality of the food, drink or the service. The staff were extremely efficient. Very attentive to our needs and polite & cheerful .I'd definitely consider booking this place for a family event in the future.
We were with a group of 10 for a post-Christmas Dinner: Staff, service, ambiance, food, wine....all very good. Also met the very good and dedicated Manager who proudly showed us the very nice Spa and Leisure facilities.
Went here for a Christmas party. food was excellent from the snacks in the way in right up until the end if the dinner service. nice friendly atmosphere and overall a brilliant night
