Great location and everything is so close by.Hotel is clean and very reasonable.Car park is next door reduced rates in multi storey car park.Outlet shopping center next door and restaurant's to spoil you rotten Leading out on to the river bank and quay side .A nice place to stay and relax
Still my favourite Holiday, despite being put in the wrong room this time. So many new faces, but still had a few of those that helped make my first stay so good.
Absolutely fabulous have stated twice now for business and not disappointed. Friendly professional staff and clean comfortable rooms . Further more I needed to move rooms during my stay and done without any fuss even offered to move my belongings while I was at work . Denisa was excellent super helpful and professional great job I will be back
Ideal location for visiting the shopping centre. The heating in the room was rubbish! We had it on 29!and we were still freezing! My biggest moan is we were on the top floor and the room furtherst away from the lift and this always seems to be the case! I would like to know if this is because I book a safer rate! The place was not busy we didn't see or hear anyone else in the building! I guess there were other people there but we didn't see anyone! So why do we always get this room??? Which ever Travelodge we stay in it is always the same??
Ideally situated for the shopping precinct. Our twin room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although sadly we had to go to the reception for toilet roll and extra teabags. There was only 2 teabags in the room when we arrived. Also only 1 toilet roll which had already been started by someone. A good supply of these is always a good idea. We had a very comfortable nights sleep in the room ,the beds were comfy, and ample supply of pillows .Considering that the hotel is located next to a main road, there was No noise in our room .we slept like babies! We decided to have a full English breakfast, which was nice and presented well. good choice of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and toast .also fresh tea and coffee.
