All going well until realised the hotel has no heating. Being fobbed off for the last 3 hours saying it will be fixed. Awful service and uncaring attitude of staff at reception. They don't even have back up portable heaters. They should be refunding all guests as this isn't what we paid for and not what was advertised on the website.
Convenient, cheap and 24 hour hotel well equipped with en suite room, big fridge, tea set, cutlery, bowled and plates and soaps on the wall of the bathroom. Good for the price
