This was my first time here. It was clean with very comfortable beds. The room was nice enough. No complaints. The shower gel is dispensed one squirt at a time as was the hand soap, instead of mini toiletries. Nice stuff though. The breakfast was nice with good enough choice for a vegetarian. Recommended. Would return.
Hello, I booked an accessible room at Waterwells Business Park Gloucester.I had a very long and busy day on the 19th and was looking forward to getting to the hotel for a refreshing shower, when I arrived to book in I was horrified to be told that my booked accessible room had in fact been sold to another person. The manager apologized to me and said she could give me another room only this was a normal room so I could not use the shower and I could not use the toilet because it was to low and I had a hip replacement in September, so I had to wheel up the corridor to the public loo. I have used Express before and everything had been fine so I am rather annoyed that this recent event especially so when my reward points had been taken.
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Large car park. Well placed for Gloucester. Small bar expensive. Bumble Bee Pub next door for dinner. Standard Budget hotel.
