Car booked for 9am wasn't there. Told "it's on its way here and that's how it is, there's nothing we can do about it". No hint of an apology :-(Would not recommend this outlet and sadly not the first tome we've encountered problems with Hertz
Car wasn't there when arrived ...it was 3/4 late....not acceptable!
As I could not find you guys on FB, I will leave a comment on here.I rented a car at Philadelphia/Cheltenham to drop it off in Miami nearly a month later. Pick up and drop of went perfectly fine...no hidden charges whatsoever.The car was even a superior class to what have booked.Thank you! Dennis
Hired a van. Was the best price in the Glos/Chelt area. Easy to hire online, no issues with pick-up and drop-off. Can only recommend.
