I arranged with the Enterorise central reservation for Enterprise for a pick up at Cheltenham railway station but nobody turned up. On phoning them on the arrival day the central team put me through to the local Enterprise who said they had no record of me booking a pick up.Beware when booking car hire not to expect your pick up to take place. You need to make sure you call your local Enterprise, not the central team, to make sure you get your pick up.
