Terrible customer service. Made a booking Wednesday for Saturday morning. Was then told Saturday morning I had to pay by credit card. Went to 1st Call Auto Rentals instead. Half the price. No need to pay a 200 deposit. Paid with a debit card. No fuss no bother.

Friendly and reliable service.I've used both the car and rental services many times over the years with never a problem.The staff at the Gloucester branch bent over backwards to sort out a suitable car after a nasty car accident. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted out the paperwork quickly with and for the insurers.They even picked us up and dropped us at home.
