First time visiting Kia Gloucester last weekend, and we were assisted by Ernie King who was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. We test drove the Sorrento and throughout the whole process Ernie was really helpful, took the time to listen to us but was in no way pushy or overly 'sales', which I have experienced in numerous other retailers, and which frankly puts me off. I would seriously consider being swayed by Kia over other cars simply because the service offered by Ernie and colleagues was so pleasant and relaxed. Customers want a relaxed experience, and to feel confident they are being listened to and provided with appropriate sales advice, which is exactly what we received. Thanks Ernie!
