200 LABOUR for 45 minutes work..DO NOT USE ....RIPPED OFF..and I feel violated ...what a Poor service departmentBooked in for brakes and service, made excuses as to why they couldnt do the brakesLooked at tracker on vehicle, 45 minutes to do the service, charged 200 for labour, 90 for consumablesWhat a rip offMost of the good reviews here are family and friends of employees ,its a no brainer when the service manager is a Mr Gary Mabbett Also waited 7months for a vehicle to arrive after being told it would be 3 months from the initial order date.Made excuses as to why I couldnt cancel, especially after the wrong colour had been applied to the vehicle ordered wasting 3 monthsOn arrival in the UK there were even more delays and more excuses.Constant excuses as to the delay, caused absolutely loads of problems for myself , cost me thousands in hire vehicles and lost work, complained to peugeot UK, who basically batted the problem back to Warners, who then had the cheek to say it was a misunderstanding on my part, no apologies whatsoever, shocking treatment of a customerHave been a loyal customer for years ,will never go back, in the process now of changing all my peugeot vehicles.Will never order or get a vehicle serviced there again
Telephone communication to the service department was good. Collecting the car from the dealership was not such a good experience. Very unprofessional dealer.
Agreed a higher price than Id like for some small body parts replaced. On arrival their receipt was 20 more meaning I was paying hundreds for a small piece of work. The ladies at the desk not being the technicians scrambled about on their computers to try and retrieve my original print out quote but essentially I was forced to pay a very high price for a basic job. Please learn from my mistake and never go there. Find another specialist
Rang up yesterday at 3.54pm. Was put through to 3 members of staff . for a quote for a clutch. Surely a big company like that should have a guide price. Being they took car reg. The lady said she would have to get a price from the parts dept. And call me back . I am still waiting. This is over 24hrs. Well i won't be using you services. Shocking in this day and age.
