2 years ago I bought from Nick Ford Galaxy, the car had a little high price but I think it is in every garage at that time I thought it was a good company. I went there a few days ago to watch the citroen c4 grand piccaso was a good car a little to expensive for me. I have decided to call and agree the details of the sale. The seller agreed to a small discount and agreed about 3 pm I will call again with all the details and will pay deposits. When I called the speditor told me that the car was already watching someone else and he paid the deposit and I can be next in the queue suggesting that this is a normal practices. While I think it is unprofessional, boorish and dishonest, this company is interested only in profit. Certainly I will never buy a car there, I felt treated dishonestly without respect. Maybe that's how long I'm a foreigner
bought a vw golf for 6600, I paid cash for it , I have since spent another 1500 on the car , this includes , new discs and brakes all round , 4 new tyres , cam belt and water pump , full service , new wiper arm and blade on rear , now I have the engine management light on , after contacting vw ,,, they have told me it will cost 300 to put right ( inlet manifold flap) , I was assured the car is in tip top condition , how wrong they were , they put the car through a mot that should of never passed , and lastly sold the car as a 1 owner car , silly me for not checking , but it has infact had 3 owners , im the 4th , so I asked for my money back before I left the forecourt , this was not to nick kings liking , sold as seen so jeff close told me , and also there is no money in the deal for discount , but they sold my trade in for 1500 more than they gave me for it which was mint (vw golf traded in ) overall do not touch this shark infested garage for your new car , you will have trouble all the time , they are only there to relieve you of your hard earned money , stay away seriously !!!! at all cost ,,,,,, rip off garage ive learned the hard way , jeff close !! we are going to see you on rogue traders soon , shame on you , the car is now scrapped with bucklands of Cheltenham , that's over 8000 down the drain , thanks nick king
Good quality cars at competitive prices. I travelled from Kent to buy a vehicle that I had only seen pictures of, I was not disappointed, the car was given a service and MOT before I collected it, it was also cleaned and given a new set of mats. The dealer could not have more helpful even leaving enough fuel in the vehicle to get me back home!
Bought an Audi 3 over 6 months ago. Recently started to notice the clutch peddle was occasionally starting to delay its return to the normal position. Dropped in on the off chance that Nick could take a quick look and advise. Although they were very busy at the time, they found me a courtesy car to use, and by the next day I had received a phone call to say that my car was ready to collect having had the Master Cylinder replaced.Thanks very much to the team.
