This is my cars second service at Blade VW and both times i have been more than happy! friendly and helpful staff who all seem to know the jobs very well, even though i was half hour late getting my car into Blade for it's service due to an unavoidable school run the car was quickly and efficently dealt with and included a wash and vacuum and i was back on my way at 11.30AM
Excellent service! David was great and supplied plenty of information. My GTI went through with no issues and I even had a complimentary health check. He spent some time going through bits with me after my DSG service had been done and answered all of my questions regarding other models that I am considering on purchasing in the future.
Took my Polo in for it's first service and as with the purchase received courteous & informative service. The staff had no hestitation in accepting me dropping off the car the previous evening & collecting a day later, which was due to a long journey I had to make in the day of the service.I was kept informed of the progress which included a good video showing the condition of the car.On collection the friendly service manager gave me a good brief on the work conducted and future service requirements.The cleaned car was on the forecourt ready to go.I will certainly be getting the next 10000 mile service hereTraded Golf in for a new Polo. Excellent customer appreciation. Pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Probably the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The reason for my visit was a simple maintenance procedure for a second hand car purchased from them. Amazingly, I walk away feeling valued customer.
