Just picked up my new car from Hyundai and I'm very pleased with it already This is my 4th car from this dealership and on each occasion I have been looked after by Claudilia from there sales team This time she was exceptional from when I entered the showroom with my enquirie to when I drove off the forecourt You at Hyundai are very lucky to have someone so very good at her job.

The customer service of hyundai Gloucester is absolutely appalling. I can't believe the sheer lack of manners and respect the parts department specifically shows for their customers. There are far better dealers nearby, I recommend you use them.
I turned up with my wife and waited for a member of staff to help us. Somebody walked past and acknowledged us so we requested to look at a particular car so off he went to get the keys. He didn't appear friendly or looked like he wanted to sell us a car. After waiting 15 minutes in the freezing cold we decided to leave and look elsewhere. UPDATE: I love how Motorline Hyundai acknowledge the positive reviews but ignore the negative. Clearly a running theme with lack of customer service.
Excellent customer service received on 2 recent visits for repairs under warranty.Service manager and Sarah very friendly and efficient and would highly recommend.Have had many failings and frustrations when dealing with Ford and Bristol Street and was not looking forward to similar issues. However Hyundai and their staff at Gloucester branch surpassed my expectations and I had great, trouble free experience.
