Disinterested staff, old fashioned, depressing, poor selecton of cars and not enough parking.
Car was in for recall work so a non paying customer but the service and sales team were very helpful, friendly and accommodating especially as I had my children with me. They kindly set up the television with the Nintendo on it to help keep the kids amused. Thank you Blade Honda.

Helpful and efficient staff. Work completed within the timescale provided with no hassle. There are 2 things that stand out about this dealership which other dealerships could note of. 1. There wasn't any aggressive upselling or tales of woe to part extra money from you, only notes of things to look out for in the future. 2. A reasonable hourly rate.
Look, maybe it's just me but, when I book a service and explain an issue, I expect the car to be serviced and the issue investigated and informed of the cost to put it right. I don't expect to be told, that I have to pay 50-00 up front just to be hooked up to a computer to be told what's wrong. Then get the old flannel about how reliable Hondas are and they don't normally go wrong.I now own a Fiat, says it all really.
