invited us to their loyalty event. Get 0 % finance and big discounts - NO - gave us a price for a car and then added on the interest. I asked the price of the car and at the end it was still the same price so no discount either. Only had 1 car available which was over priced and had a lot of mileage on it already. Then wouldn't tell us how much they were offering for our car in px trying to give us less than the scrppage allowance for an 11 plate car. not impressed
Great customer service. Matt the salesman made buying a second hand car enjoyable. Took time to show how everything worked like the satnav and electronic hand break, stop start system. Even got a better trade in value on my old car than we buy any car. Well pleased. Thanks.
As I have extended warrenty on parts and labour, I had the service I expected. Although all involved were friendly and efficient.
Excellent service. Bought in my car to have a front bumper replaced, the repairs were completed within two days. Although it wasnt even part of the repairs they buffed out a pretty bad scratch on the rear passenger door, I hadnt even asked them to do it they must have seen it and thought theyd sort it out for me which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, impeccable repairs. Couldnt recommend more!
