Difficult to get seen nowadays as local surgery has closed down. Complete waste of time when you do. Mainly locums. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. Lost notes. Not following hospital's advice. Wrong medicine. Need I go on. Hopeless. Only gave a star because I had to.
I have been with Cheltenham Rd surgery since early 1970s, marriage and children. My family has been well looked after throughout our childrens birth, illnesses, hospital admissions at various times; and now into advancing age and the conditions that accompany it. We have watched this surgery grow, and up to the present have never had any reason to complain.
Terrible surgery! Rude staff who always look like they dont want to be there. One lady especially has a terrible attitude and always interrupts me. Also the system is never working so I cant make appointments and they always lose my paperwork! Only gave 2 stars because my doctor is nice to me.
It's a very busy surgery but the staff are conscientious and friendly. Same day appointments can be booked and there is a repeat prescription service and practice nurse.
Horrible after 30 min waiting time leave it without vactination bad services. Welcome words : If you want you can find someone else. Good bye words :If you not happy to wait for, you can go to someone else. There served all customers even they're came after me and ignored me. Never ever in my life
