dont give the best care my daughter died has a result of surgery not doing there job properly she was only 22
Appointment booking system is useless. Can never get an appointment over the phone. Will be transferring doctor surgery's. Do not use.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and getting an appointment was always relatively easy but I agree the new appointment system is a nightmare.I have just spent 20 minutes trying to phone for an appointment and when I finally managed to get through to them I was told all appointments were already gone for the next 48 hours and now will have to wait until tomorrow to see if I can get an appointment for Friday or maybe Saturday if im lucky!!.Fortunately for me this is a relatively minor issue I need to see the doctor for but what if you have a more serious problem for example ,. a possible chest infection you need to see a doctor for ?I think what will happen is patients will either give up trying to make an appointment and maybe become more seriously ill or they will be going to A and E for treatment . Having said this ,when you do get to see one of the doctors the care you receive is very good.I have no problem with the doctors or other staff there but the booking system needs to change.
Brilliant surgery, the doctors who are there now are organised and very helpful especially for my son who has numerous health issues.
Wonderful doctors at the practice, almost always run to time but the new appointment system is a nightmare. If you cant get an appointment on a Monday until Wednesday and phone at 9 am, how can it be that all of Wednesdays appointments have all ready gone? Awful system!
