Staff are always very polite and helpful, can't fault their care of myself and my children brilliant surgery.

Phoned surgery in a lot of pain unable to walk (the pain came on suddenly and without any cause) the practice were unable to see me so sent me to the access health centre (who were brilliant). Due to the level of pain they arranged an emergency x-ray the next day. I phoned my gp asking for a prescription for some pain medication as i did not want to go the whole weekend unable to sleep due to pain was told to go to boots and buy something there. Have tried to get a referral letter from them for my medical insurance and they are even unhelpful with that being told I had to wait a week for a phone call for them to discuss letter. At no point have they examined me or have I had a diagnosis Avoid like the plague if you can.
