Awful receptionist (Kay). A Lady tried to jump the queue. I politely said to her and the receptionist I was waiting ahead of her. The receptionist got unnecessarily frustrated rudely stating there was a self serve check in. I pointed out this didnt work for my Son & that the Lady had been queue jumping. Tip: Establish who was next in the queue, not just presume it was the person who stands at the desk giving nobody else any privacy.

Putting the phone down on patients! All I asked was medicine for my epileptic daughter! Changing my doctors asap!
Hate this place. Have my 3 month old son signed up to here and every time I want him to get seen and make appointment they call me ON THE DAY to say nobody is in too see him and that I have to make another one. Every time I try to ring them there always busy and can't get hold of them. I get there in Gloucester but seriously get more staff
