Lots of issues with gears, you know, not going in properly, slipping out, time after time. Spend time asking around, got lots of advice ( need a new chain and cassette, need new cables etc.) dropped it into Paul, all sorted within a day, no new parts, and working well. I'm using this shop again

What great customer service. I was in the middle of doing LEJOG and needed to replace a panier. They were able to help and fixed a couple of things on the bike as well. Very knowledgeable.
