Arrived with a rear shifting alignment issue that had developed. The chap who served me was telling me I needed all new this and that to the cost of 100+. Feeling quite shocked and pressured, I wanted to think about and get a second opinion. For a minimal fee, the other shop tightened the rear sprockets and problem solved. I really expected better, going by the general positive reviews. Ripoff servicing, beware!
Great bike shop and friendly owner, quickly fixed some gear cable troubles at very low cost, and invited me to put the kettle on while he was sorting it out.

I don't appreciate sarcasm or no hello when you walk into an empty shop. I'm sure this is not the owner who has served me a few years ago. All the five stars must be for him or they're all mates. Too much choice elsewhere or online for this kind of service.
