I wanted to purchase an Oxford bike. As instructed, waited a few weeks for new stock, but that was fine, as the sales staff had repeatedly assured me one would be explicitly reserved for me.I was then notified new stock had arrived, and proceeded to pay and place the order. I got a DPD shipping notification and so on. 1 week of no DPD updates later, I was casually told they had ran out of stock, the bicycle was never shipped, and after a few more days of chasing I was offered a refund.Why they felt the need to go through all this when they clearly knew stock had ran out is beyond me, appalling quality of service and complete waste of time.
