Could not believe that there was only one person serving in the whole store. Surely for security reasons if nothing else there should be at least two? Had to wait to be served whist a couple we're sorting out buying a bed and all I wanted to do was pay for a couple of pillows. When I eventually paid I was handed two sheets of A4 paper with my receipt. Not sure why this company still uses so much paper.
