Fab friendly helpful staff, felt like I've known them most of my life! Even though its not a store I'd normally visit. Just passing by. Shop tidy and directed immediately to exactly what I wanted. Normally I don't comment on these things so must be good. Excellent service too.
Narrow aisles make walking around difficult with other shoppers. Service was good.

My visit was fine until I got to the till. The Co-op voucher for 5 off when you spend 20 was refused. However I used the 2 off a 10 spend previously from the same mailshot. If the company is going to do a mailshot in the area of the Longlevens store it would make sense that locals are going to want to use it locally. The powers that be decided that we were supposed to use them only in the stores named on the voucher. I am sure the manager could have allowed them to be honoured thereby keeping his customers happy. I won't shop there again
