I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE placing an online food order, only placed this order as I am recovering from a double knee operation and can't get out. Order process went well, the order turned up within the allotted time frame, but none of that is any good if the items that I ordered were either missing, broken or totally the wrong items. I then phone up to enquire how long it will be before I get the money refunded, which turns out to be a huge problem. Still waiting. Do yourself a favour and place your order with another shop. DO NOT USE!
The Bruton Way Gloucester store only delivered part of my order, which i failed to notice until after the driver had left. I rang the service dept number and reported the items that were left on the van.I was told that the could not contact the store by phone but would ring me back, this never happened.I then rang the store and was told they would contact the driver to deliver the items, again this never happened.I rang again and was told the items would be delivered on the first run the next day, again this did not happen, leaving me without any bread.As I am housebound i am to say the least , in a very difficult position Be very wary shopping with ASDA
The store is great but today I tried to use the parcel return service. The machine was broken and wouldn't print a receipt or label the staff on site had no idea how the service worked. Will never come here again to use this service.
The Scan and Go is a great timesaver. You can pack your bags whilst you shop. Speedy! Unless the Gestapo perform a random "Quality check" and rescan every item in your bag. Not so quick ...
We ordered online for home delivery for between 5 and 6, 7.40 we are still waiting, no explanation as why it is late. We phoned customer services and the store and to be told to be patient and no reason for being late is disgusting. I only gave 1 star because that's the only way I can post this!
