I started a tenency just as Claire was taking over CJHole. There were some issues that came from cross wires due to the take over ( NOT Claire or her staffs fault ) that needed resolving . Claire and her staff have been 100% in getting everything done down to the last detail. They are approachable at any time, always friendly, always return calls or emails and most of all, always get things done. I cannot fault them.
