Terribly irresponsible and unbelievably unproffessional letting agency services. You cannot expect tenants to live with unsafe electrics and attempt to blackmail them into signing up for longer contracts.

The team at C J Hole have provided us with a first class service for the last couple of years. They have been proactive in managing our properties, finding reliable tenants, carrying out periodic inspections, and arranging cost-effective repairs when necessary. They have excellent local knowledge and, most importantly, their communications are both timely and precise; their assessment of a situation is realistic and helps us to know what is really happening, rather than telling us a lot of waffle. Money management is professional and on time, and fees clearly stated and fairly applied.In short, landlords can have confidence in Claire, Tim, and Charlie to provide an excellent service for a fair price. You cannot ask for more than that.
