Friendly staff, always helpful. Good range of products. Staff don't push you to the most expensive products, but show you a range depending on what how your individual pet needs and their habits. Price's cheaper for certain products that I have looked at compared to chain pet stores.
The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. I was gutted though that despite a conversation about the need to reduce plastic packaging last week, this week when I went in they were slowly removing the scoop boxes in favour of prepackaged stuff in.... Plastic bags. I now get my hay in paper bags elsewhere in Gloucester and there's not a lot left to buy plastic free not even full sized individual cat food tins only shrink wrapped multipacks so I think it's sadly the end of my custom there. Staff were always lovely though. Management could do with rethinking packaging and environmental impact.
Went in this morning looking for a new harness and seatbelt for our pup. The lady working in there was just lovely and incredibly helpful!!! Thankyou xx
