Went to the opening of this very disappointed they have taken away so much of its history by putting in modern facilities, modern flooring and modern windows

Beautifully restored building. An excellent meeting venue
A recently restored historic building and grounds in Gloucester. A lovely place to take a stroll or sit on the lawns on a good day. There are a few benches too. Nice to be next to the canal and SULA the lighthouse boat while she is still gracing our canal. The buildings only open to the public on certain days once a month though. Really great to see the history that is so deeply embedded in Gloucester.
Lovely peaceful setting and beautiful historical building, has disabled parking and occasional tours around inside. Newly refurbished with lots of interesting signage around the grounds. Lovely for a short visit and you can walk dogs in the grounds.
