Nice bit of history and no charge. Bit of a walk from a limited size car park. Drive to the car park is a bit boondocks but worth a visit if you like your Roman history. Beautiful scenery in the area, especially on a sunny day.
This place has amazing views! It's a bit of an underutilized place. It's very tranquil and has access to walks around the surrounding countryside. A great example of a Roman villa too!
Interesting Roman villa ruins with one information board as you approach to give some history. Not far from the M5 and well signposted so it makes a great lunch stop between the Midlands and South West. Despite this it's very a quiet and relaxing place to be. Car park is free but quite small, and there are no facilities (or entrance fee!).
