I got in touch to see if The Goldman could help with some work and whilst he was not able to do it himself he went to all the trouble of finding someone who would be able to help me. It cost him time and earned him nothing except my business next time I need a jeweller (and I do want some stones reset so I will be in touch)
I have used this jewellers for years and I have had some amazing jewellery made Lee spends time with you talking through what would work best then designs your creation which always looks even better than I could of imagined. I would 100% recommended this shop for anyone wanting a special piece of jewellery made, anything fixed or even just for cleaning your existing jewellery as I would never go or buy from anywhere else. His prices are unbeatable and the personal service you get is above and beyond anywhere else would give.
Took over 85 grams of gold in to get melted down to make a torque bangle, got told would lose about 3 to 4 grams in the process. When I went to collect the bangle it only weighed 63 grams. Over 20 grams had gone missing. I said to him this is not acceptable and he went up stairs and came down with a small lump of 8.5 grams of gold and said this was a cut off. Im still down over 12.5 grams in gold and cost me 325 to make the bangle. If I was you I would stay well clear of this place. He is a rip off!!!!
Took my wedding ring to be resized (up 3 sizes) after being told by National chain they would not be able to match the design and only up 1 size. Goldman staff were very polite and efficient and did the job in 2 days and for a bargain price. Perfect match and cleaned to look like new, would recommend to everyone; first place of call for me for anything in the future.Thank you so much.
