Wonderful staff and atmosphere!
I recently came to Roseville House for some cosmetic work. The staff were great and they gave me honest advice which enabled me to make the right decision based on my needs. The treatment was excellent and for a very reasonable price.
I recently visited Roseville House with raging toothache. I had previously been to another practice and was referred to Gloucester Royal Hospital, I had been in agony with the tooth and my existing dentist was unable to take the tooth out. I rang Roseville House and their lovely reception staff were able to get me on the same day, I saw Helena who reassured me and arranged for the difficult tooth to be taken out. I was very nervous but Helena and her team were brilliant to the extent I didn't even realize when the tooth had come out! Thank you so much, I am so grateful.
I sought the help of Dr Mahesh Patel at Roseville House Dental Practice after having a accident which involved the loss of my front tooth below the gum line.After receiving a tragic prognosis from my own dentist who explained that my only option was to have the remaining tooth and root removed, with a partial denture or implant being placed was about the only choice left available to me. This left me feeling devastated and anxious. I then took it upon myself to seek a second opinion. A friend recommended Roseville House and Dr Mahesh Patel.On arrival the reception staff put me at ease, the reception area was clean, welcoming and professional.My consultation went well with Dr Patel and his nurse Marina, I was given three options the first two as my own dentist had recommended or to try building up the tooth under the gum which would allow the fitting of a crown with a 60% success rate. Well what did I have to loose I thought I may as well give it a try.I returned 4 times for root canal treatment, impressions and the fitting of a crown. All treatments were pain free and the outcome has been amazing.Thank you Dr Patel and your wonderful team, you are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this dental practice as it has given me the confidence to smile again.
By far the best dental practice i have been to, from the reception staff to the hygienist and especially my Dentist Dr Mahesh Patel. I have always been a very nervous patient but he just has a way of really calming my nerves and really takes the time to put me at ease before he starts the treatment also he is not rough or heavy handed like some other dentists I have seen in the past. Treatments are always thoroughly explained, staff are always friendly and whenever I have called with a problem i have been accommodated with quick appointments. Definitely would recommend this practice. Friendly, professional staff, just all around great service!
