Emergancy app waiting over a hour and i have paid, fair enough if it was free but to pay an wait over a hour is a joke. Communication was poor never realised it was an emergancy app until i got here ( was told it was an sit and wait) an then said they money wont come off the treatment lol but waiting over an hour for something classed as an emergancy....? No wonder its rated 3 star overall

Had my first new patient appt today. I was very nervous but no need as all the staff were lovely. I was seen on time and couldn't of asked for a better service.
I was called by the receptionist as an emergency patient, she was very helpful and compassionate to the fact I have a dental phobia. I was given an appointment for that morning. On attending the surgery, I was met with politeness and compassion from the receptionist.The dentist who treated me was a lovely caring, compassionate, professional young lady. Because of the exemplary service I received at Gennix, I am having all further treatment there.Greatfull thanks to all the Staff at Gennix.
I booked an appointment as I had problem with my gum, one next to wisdom tooth. Unfortunately sometimes I have a piece of food stuck between the tooth and gum which evolves to bad inflammation. It happens quite often (about once in half year) and usually the treatment looks like this: thorough clean and some medicine directly onto the gum. This time I heard: "if it is better than two days ago then fine, bye see you in 6 months". I was stunned... asked for cleaning and medicine and got a reply "ok I will give you some antibiotics ". I was so stunned by the dentist's ignorance that I wasn't even able to reply on this.... I paid to receive a proper treatment, not for seating at the dentist chair for 5 minutes!
