I took my 320d BMW in for a new clutch and flywheel, extremely pleased with the cost of the job and the standard of work that was carried out was excellent.I also had my car back the same day ! highly recommend!Thanks all at Craigs Garage.
I'd like to thank craig and ben for the "Excellent" service and repairs carried out on our peugeot bipper van. It drives very well now, they stopped the rattling noise that was coming from a lose cover under the bonnet and replaced the brakes which has sorted out the handbrake. Having taken my own 200k mile battered old Bmw 335 here for servicing I was disappointed to find they struggled to change a lightbulb let alone diagnose a common fault. If you question the so say owner, he will try and fight you. Clearly a volatile person with issues. You have been warned about this nasty individual and garage, steer clear, plenty of decent garages in Glos and most other have something called qualifications that give you confidence in the garage. Ask to see these guys qualms and watch the response! Check your levels when the car goes in and out as the chances are they havent done what they sawant do they would. I also had some work done to the top end which was diagnosed very promptly and he was impressive to start, shame he had no idea what he was talking about and wasted 300 of my money. His children will be running around a garage where health and safely would have a field day and some may even make unusual grunting noises at you. In this day and age, how, just how does a garage like this exist? Enter at your own risk, if you enjoy throwing money away, especially to rasist, homophobic and uneducated people, then you have found a great place. If you ignore this and book your car in, you will have a last opportunity to escape, there are 2 garages before and 1 after that is superb. You might of even seen Craig driving around Glos like an 18 year old thief on the run from the rozzers.
After previously used this garage. On my return visit for a routine servuce they failed to replace the oil cap on the engine. Meaning the whole engine was covered with oil. No apology no phone call, although put right feel really let down by these guys. A basic mistake but the after service was pretty poor.
