Poorly managed! Line of customer and only 1 person serving even though 3 people behind the till. Manager busy doing something else but should be serving!

Always excellent service from the staff. Been going there everyday for over 3 years. Don't know I'd do without them.
Try to get as much money from customers as possible: i.e. force first class. You've got to ask for the receipt or wait for it until they see that you're waiting for it otherwise they won't give one.
Always friendly service here. Even better since the refit.
