We needed new taps supplying and fitting. Pure Plumbing did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone.
These guys are excellent! We had a new boiler fitted (Worcester bosche one) and underfloor heating downstairs in 2015. As part of this they fitted insulation to the utility room floor to bring it up to the level of the rest of the ground floor with UFH. Their quote was very reasonable. They are very tidy workers. They are punctual and very helpful. I just can't fault them. They do our annual servicing too. When we were at our lowest, having discovered the downstairs floor joists were rotten and wormy just two weeks before our work was due, they cheered us up by pointing out we could replace the joists and add extra insulation while we were at it. They postponed the installation of the floor part of the UFH while we sorted it. The house is toasty now and amazingly cheap to heat. They are our first port of call now when ever we want anything plumbing related done.
Had a burst mains water pipe above the ceiling in my kitchen. Phoned Pure Plumbing and Heating after finding them online and noticing they were local, and was answered promptly and had an appointment booked in for the morning of the next day. Plumber turned up and completed the work well within the times they gave, no fuss and no hassle. Very reasonable prices considering the response time. Would highly recommend!
Pure Plumbing & Heating replaced my old boiler with a new Worcester combi boiler, it came with a 10 year parts and labour guarantee, which is twice as long as others seem to offer and the price was lower than other plumbers too! Also, I can now control my boiler from my smart phone, so no more wasting money on heating an empty house when away from home. The work was carried out in one day as agreed in advance, the fitter was helpful and gave advice on best operation and energy saving techniques. There was no mess as the fitter cleaned up really well, so I am more than happy to recommend Pure Plumbing to anyone.
