Sent a formal complaint to them some five weeks ago concerning a fault with my cars windscreen and that Blade VW Gloucester refuse to replace it under warranty , NO REPLY .Clearly they think it is acceptable that I drive my car on a frosty morning trying to look out through a layer of ICE that has formed on the INSIDE of the windscreen , try telling that to the person or persons that I could injure .
took 56 minutes for them to answer phone on one of my consumer tests very poor dept.joncollins,16o2 radio
