Well laid out with a wide selection of books for all ages plus a few pics with internet actress. The staff are always helpful. Visited on Saturday morning at approx 10am. Needed toilet but door from foyer locked to allow access. When telephoned library this morning to enquire about access was advised access was only available when cafe was open. When asked what if toddler needed toilet during library visit was told they would have to use toilets at royal oak. I think this is disgusting in this day and age. Not very community spirited. If could give nil rating i would.
