Absolutely a complete waste of time......Mark Hammond never returns telephone calls,drags every instruction out and never delivers a satisfactory result..Been waiting for a reply to my last letter for 3weeks.I have been a customer(they prefer client) for some 40 years and have seen a steady decline in quality of service which due to complete incompetence has cost me considerable amount of money.They then have the cheek to invoice me for what can only be considered (I will be polite) a rip off.If I treaded my customers in this way would I still be in business,possibly not.If you are looking for professional to deal with you legal requirements I SUGGEST you seek a more competent legal representative.BRIAN BALDWINNewent Auto Centre.

For conveynancing they assert that the higher the price of the sale the more they should charge. They say it will be more work. Not uncommon industry practice.... But....If you have the file in front of you (like they did) then determine the amount of work it will be from that. Don't use higher property value for an existing client and pass it off as 'more work required'. Shame on you!!You know to walk away when (in your experience) the girl that phones for the quote appears to treat you like you're a piece of meat that she needs to force down the sausage machine. And you have no choice and they would be equally happy to loose you than to keep you.
