As always another great appointment. Lovely friendly staff who always go out of their way to make you feel special. Thank you Rebecca and Jo you guys are fab. Dont hesitate to book you wont be disappointed. X

There are good and bad things to say, unfortunately more bad than good. My hair turned out okay , not bad or good. I had semi put through followed with a cut and blow dry on a Saturday. To start of with the Saturday girl was a star! Asked me if I'd like a drink and how I liked it and it was a good cup of tea, how ever whilst in the middle of asking if I'd like a drink the owner interrupted the young girl and told her to say it again because she didn't say "would you like a drink" she said "did you want a drink", this rubbed a cold atmosphere around the boss. Whilst the stylist did my hair all I could hear was the owner slagging off her staff to a costumer which I thought was damn outrageous, when my hair was done it took 5-7mins to pay for what I've had done because the owner stood chatting at the desk to the previous client about inappropriate things that don't need to be discussed in salon full of strangers. I had to share my thoughts because I want the owner to realise she must change her attitude.

I am not usually one to complain but they didn't give me at all what i wanted and charged me a crazy amount for it. Disappointing and definitely will not be going back. If you are looking for something a little more complex i would strongly suggest you go somewhere else.
