A place of excellence in gymnastic training and overall knowledge about a healthy supple body. I spent a two week long training vacation and learned a lot, whilst also having a great time. Be prepared to meet some wonderful helpful people that will take your training to the next level! I hope to come back many times to learn more and more from all Forma's instructors!

Best thing I ever did was start this membership. I'm fitter, stronger and more flexible and loving how my body feels and looks. Great instructors and everyone is so friendly and supportive. Can't imagine not doing gymnastics now. 7 months in and my goals are getting closer.
I would highly recommend forma, I have previously weight trained and found areas of my body lacked mobility and flexibility, namely my hamstrings and neck. Attending 'foundations' had enabled me to make improvements to my freedom of movement that I didn't think were possible. The staff are highly qualified, have a uniquely dedicated following of attendees and possess an eye for precison of movement that I am awe inspired by. The classes do take a level of application as they can be challenging but the team are incredibly supportive and will believe in you and your ability to change for the better. To top this all off, your body will tone and slender without you even noticing! I love Forma.
As a woman in my mid 40's, overweight & unfit, I was really apprehensive about joining the Forma classes. But as I hurt my back last year, I was pretty determined to find an exercise that I would enjoy enough to keep going. Regular gym wasn't doing it for me, but Forma has been fantastic! I've been going for 4 months, and I've seen real significant changes in my strength & my body. No more back pain! And being able to do handstands is so much fun. Even if you don't think it's for you - give it a try. The instructors are welcoming & know how to adapt exercises to suit you. I've found the exercise that will stick, and I know I'll get stronger & more flexible every month.
