Ian was a calm and efficient presence when my father-in-law died. Everything went smoothly, Ian was very organised and responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend his services to others.
Ian has looked after 2 funerals for our family in the last 18 months. We've gone back to him because of the way he works: He is understanding and compassionate, sensitive to the family needs including matching the funeral to our budget and the experience we wanted, and lastly flexible and helpful in taking care of the logistics so we could focus on dealing with the responses from friends and family and bidding farewell.
