I love this shop I could spend forever in it finding lots of craft stuff
Went to buy sum Bluetooth speakers. I had to get assistance to get them out of a cabinet I was told I could not walk around the shop the speakers in my hand. I wanted two the same but they said there only had the one which I wanted two off. So I got another one but different style. So I went to the tills and paid for the speakers. I took the speakers to my car, went back into the shop to look round. I found there was another speaker the same as one I wanted two off. This one was not in the cabinets and there's more than one, I could still walk around the shop with this speaker. The Manager was no help either. I would retraining the Manager and staff. Next time I have this problem in your shop I will take pictures or the management staff and what I'm going to buy now I can see you can add pictures.
You can find things surprisingly cheap in this place. Regarding non perishables, you get what you pay for. The range of goods for household items is plentiful. It also has garden, arts and pets department. Located in a business park which has its own parking and outside garden centre.
With it being the Christmas season, it was busy. Which I had expected. What I didn't expect was for there to be 3/4 members of staff on the tills, and rather than adding staff to other tills to reduce the queues which had built up quite a bit by this point. They were taking people off. Customer service is key to any retail company and I wouldn't expext anyone to wait over 10 minutes to be served.
Went to see the Christmas decorations and they had a good selection on display and were reasonably priced too. Had a browse of the kids toys and craft items too. The car park can get busy on the weekend but not too bad on weekdays.
