Good store. Has both current season, full price products and lots of last season sale items. Staff are very helpful. Annoying that there is no free parking at the Gloucester quays mall

Tuesday 14th of March around 1.30pm I was walking back from session with personal trainer in my gym kit to the carpark and so decided to pop in to L.K Bennett and try on shoes which I saw before. I got there and ask for thin socks as I was wearing thick sports one . I was told that they don't have any and I felt like they asked me to leave rather than help. So I left and even didn't hear 'bye' on my way out. Never ever experienced such a bad service in the shop before. I'm truly disappointed as I previously purchased shoes from L K Bennett . I hope it wasn't racist incident(I'm not british) but I don't think I would like to go there again....
Expensive, bur has beautiful things reduced considerably - shoes can be fab.
