Ate on 31 Jan 2019. Having reviewed the set menus we decided that we would have 2 courses from the main menu instead as nothing struck us as desirable. The 2 course set menu was 11.75 and 3 course 14.95 so imagine my surprise when 2 starters (calamari and chicken skewers), 2 mains (Bills Burger and the Wellington) and 2 drinks (Diet coke and a Mango thing) came to 48. The food was nowhere near good enough to merit this cost and i actually feel like my lunch was ridiculously expensive for a dry burger and small portions of everything else. Really disappointing and not worth a trip in my opinion.
Great breakfast pancakes. Can be slow service at times even when restaurant is quiet. Still a great atmosphere and I would return.
Lovely. Walked in on New Year's eve and they were very accomodating.The food and service was great. Wine was delicious. All in all I'd recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.
I now realise that Bill's is best for things like burgers, or their ribs. They do excellent burgers and ribs. But today I had pan-fried chicken, which was... pedestrian. Nothing wrong, just not very interesting. But the service was very good: my sister's food was a bit cold, and when she told then this, they gave us the desert and coffee we ordered for free. That was far beyond the call of duty, so well done!
Lovely Place for a meal bit pricy but nice. Small portions of fries for the price. Everything we had was nice but small portion and over priced for what you got. My husband had steak and that is what you got no extras with it no salad or onion rings or mushrooms or even a tomato! A bit mean! Staff were friendly
