New no-thrills station that is quiet and spacious. No longer accessible through the small Tesco it seems. Haven't checked out the toilets but they are here.Houses the National Express coach service as well as buses.

Dirty, unwelcoming, no public toilets. Nearest toilets are in Wetherspoons in Kings Square. Admittedly undergoing 'improvements' but i doubt doubt it will be much of an improvement.
The most appalling bus station providing the most appauling bus service I have ever had the misfortune of using. I have only given 1 star as I cannot give less.
The Luftwaffe missed a great opportunity here. Dirty, littered, uncared for, and low life everywhere. Seen tidier earthquake sites.
