If you want to be spoken to like dirt, looked at by women like they want to fight you, have men eye you up like your a piece of meat and 400+ people to be pushed, shoved and poked by then this is your dream job!!! Also having a very small minority speak English and the rest speak in several different languages (sometimes shout at you for only knowing english!) Go for it! Really didn't want to give them 1 star but had to so i could post this.
Shocking Customer Service. Sent the incorrect book that was ordered as a Christmas present. They then refused to send the correct book via express service to ensure it would be delivered in time for Christmas. After refusing to do so and advising they cannot have it delivered before Christmas, they send another email saying the product is "out of stock" despite the site listing it as available and being able to order it, I successfully tried. Worst customer service I have ever experience. Avoid this company at all costs.

The Book Depository:All negative reviews are correct and any positive comments must have been written by people who run this outfit ( or some really lucky people).They use false imagery to advertise obvious second-hand items as new .The refuse returns to their UK address and ask for items to be returned to a dodgy US-address,all in the hope that people will cancel claims.They refuse refunds full stop and will use any trick in their book of 'crooked conduct' to kill a claim.A wholly dodgy outfit without scruples and morals.!!! STEER WELL CLEAR !!!
