Had a wash and cut (graduated bob) which looked fine when i left the salon as it was still wet however, the next morning after washing and drying myself i noticed there were bits of long hair at the back where it should have all been short and the graduated part had not been blended correctly so the back of my hair is short and straight then all of a sudden there's long straggly hair. My untrained cousin had to cut and tidy it up! Never again! Avoid!
