Really disappointed. Popped in today to ask for an estimate to make a basic Wedding cake with fondant topper figurines. Whilst the assistant was polite it was immediately clear from their verbal response they didn't want the work- they focused on the costs which wasn't our first concern. My partner is an advocate for using local/ independent providers where possible but this experience has made us widen our search to the internet- a real shame
This place is amazing!! I didn't realise this shop existed until I couldn't get the cake board I needed from hobbycraft so Googled to see where else I might be able to get it from. Wish I had come here before to get everything I needed as they are so helpful and knowledgeable and have everything you need, including edible cake toppers and an edible photo printing machine!
